All returns need to be reported within the process of 14 days since original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns after 14 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that was originally received. Your item must be in its original packaging.
- Hair & Skincare Products To return hair & skincare products it must be - unused - packaging must be sealed, and not torn if that applies to your product - in the condition it has arrived in - tag is still attached if applicable.
- Cosmetics, Jewelry, Fashion Items All these items are final sale and is not valid for a refund/exchange.
- Appliances and Tools To return appliance and tool products it must be - unused - in it’s original packaging and content - tag is still attached if applicable.
Your item needs to be corresponding with your receipt, or your proof of purchase. Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back at your own cost and expense.

- Sale/Clearance Items & Buy One Get One Free Items These items are not refundable or exchangeable.
If you have received wrong or defective item, please feel free to contact us at, firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description regarding your wrong or defective item along with a picture.
After reviewing the defective item, we will notify you if the item is eligible for a refund. We will then email you a USPS pre-paid return label for you to send the item back to us.
- Do not proceed to use or damage it further with the wrong/defective item(s).
- We will ship out the correct item once it’s verified that we have received the incorrect or damaged item.
- If you wish for a refund, you will get refunded once we have received and inspected the item.
- If we don’t receive the wrong/defective item within 7 days since receiving the pre-paid USPS label, we will void the return label and reject the item.
